Since I just almost died twice trying to get the sleeve, I am done. Going to try to do it the old fashioned way. Keep in touch. I am so jealous!

Oh goodness, not sure what your history is there but my heart goes out to you. Even without the sleeve you can still eat in the manner that is so highly succusful here. Protein forward (at least 80 g but I try to go over 100), low carb, green leafy veggies and food low on the glycemic index. We can still help here even if you are not a sleever so please feel free to come join us anytime!

Just to clarify, your lapband eroded into your stomach making it impossible for your doctor to do the sleeve, right?

In any case, don't make any decisions while you're still healing from the surgery.  The sleeve, or any WLS, may not be an option any more with the damage that's been done, but focus on healing right now.  And you're always welcome here for support!
