Newberry Frozen Yogurt
I have a Coolyo near me, and they always have frozen yogurt that is only 8 calories per ounce. I love that I can do 4 ounces for 32 calories, and it tastes great for nearly all flavors. Just thought I would post in case you are near a yogurt place that might offer it-
