Hi Guys, Remembering the Virginia Tech students and families today.  MENUS: B - 2 cups hot Cinnamon-Chocolate-Cappuccino protein drink (60g) S - coffee with Atkin shake "creamer" (15g) S - pistachios (8g) L - Atkins Shake (15g) S - trail mix (15g) D - 3 oz steak (24g) S - CarbSmart ice cream bar (4g) S - pretzels (5g) Total protein: 146 grams MILES: 4 -15 minute walks (5,228 steps since lunchtime) OTHER: Stayed at 118 pounds

Busy day today, but GORGEOUS weather...Got to sit outside for a bit at a softball game... PB/pre-workout-Atkins chocolate chip granola bar B-Pure Protein shake S-Prunes L-Short cuts chicken L-Pita chips, small bag S-Bagel chips with peanut butter S-Pure protein double chocolate bar D-Egg whites with cheese S-Considering a 100 calorie pack...not sure yet! Protein-109g Water-100+ Vitamins-check! MILES:  30 minutes elliptical                15 minutes weight training                Lots of misc walking all day.

Menu: Pre Breakfast Laughing Cow Wedge 3g Wildberry Passion Protein drink  15g B-Cottage Cheese Lasagna  7g S-FF Cottage Cheese              6g L-Milk                                           8g L2-CC Lasagna                         7g S-Laughing Cow Wedge          3g D-FF  CC                                     6g S-Milk                                            8g Total:  63g protein and feel like I ate all day 40oz water so far Miles 5 miles total 4 were aerobic 1 was walking kids to school Other Start my 1st 6 day work stretch since surgery tomorrow!  I'm food planning!

Thanks for the reminder Gina! Menu: B-Hot Moca Chino Protein Drink S- Milk, 1/2 wheat toast with peanut butter L-Wendy's Chili...1/2 of a small, added cheddar cheese S- Milk D- Baked potato with added unflavored unjury protein powder, the rest of Wendy's chili and shredded cheddar with glass of milk S- Milk with a protein (either string cheese or peanut butter) Trying not to weigh myself except on Mondays...but sneaked a peak today and I'm down to 167lbs ~~3 month DS post op~~
