***Menus & Miles*** Wednesday 4/16

Hey, all! PB-4 oz water B-string cheese (8 g) S- 17 oz water w/ 1/2 protein bullet (21 g) L-Protein Bar (15 g) S-1-1/2 pieces beef jerky (3 g) & 4 oz water D-spaghetti sauce w/hamburger and mozzarella (15 g) and a little salad S-17 oz water or Crystal Lite Protein:  62 g water:  42 oz (maybe more, if I can get it in...) I either get the protein or the water.  It is so hard to get both!

If I've asked before...sorry....are you able to handle the whey or soy protein shakes? Gina

I haven't been able to handle ANY shakes, and that's why I tried the protein bar today.  They just don't sit well with me.  Honestly, I never have been able to handle shakes (even the yummy real ice cream ones would upset my tummy pre-wls)...Crazy!

At this point, I'm counting the fact that I'm on my feet all day teaching and walking back and forth across campus a few times a day as my exercise!  I know I need to start something more structured, but right now, I really feel like I'd be pushing myself too far.  Getting back to work this week has been exhausting.  I've never been a weenie about stuff, and I tend to recover from surgeries quickly, so going back at 2 weeks seemed fine to me.  Well, I'm sure it will all work out, but right now, I can't wait for the weekend to sleep a little extra!  Mentally, I'm revving up for getting the exercise "routine" started next week (assuming I don't feel like a Mac truck hit me like this week!)...I feel like I spend so much time trying to sort out my vitamins and water and protein that I just can't add one more thing yet.  I have to keep reminding myself that it has only been 2-1/2 weeks.  I'll get there, I'm sure.... ...but, to answer your question, no, not yet....BUT, it is coming...SOON!

No exercise- made an appt with my ortho......Knee is worse. can't even put any pressure on it, so I am hobbling along.

Thanks Bekah, I could live on  Crab legs lol. And the guy at the store was flirting so I got 6 legs for 99 cents a lb lol, cost me a grand total of .63 cents, I would have bought more had I known but didn't wanna pu**** lol.

Very busy and sore day trying to get us both ready for tomorrow's surgery. I didn't do very well today LW's B-S-L-D-  48oz Carnation instant breakfast drink blended with ice, 2 scoups of protein, 4 sweet and Low, 1 1/2 cup of fat free milk. 55G P 2 OZ of tapioca SF pudding 2G Total Protein 57G Water lots Pedometer 2867
