***Menus & Miles*** Wednesday 4/16
I was on call for work and we finally had the 70's Gina was wishing for...hope it stays....cleaned house with windows open it was nice.
B-Kashi oatmeal 9g
S-acheivOne 20g
L-cottage cheese pancakes 19g
D-Tuna about 4 oz with a tablespoon or so of mayo 28g
Protein 61 g
Water- 60 oz
Miles-3332 steps while cleaning and chasing dog
Gina you gotta mix things up a little or you're gonna get bored! (I know - look at the pot calling the kettle black!)
Beautiful 75 degree day here in Nor Cal!
B: 1 packet McCanns SF Oatmeal with light butter
S: 1 TJ's mini whole wheat pita toasted with light butter and whey low gold
L: chicken salad made with cottage cheese
S: AchievOne
S: 1/2 SF Lemon bar (made me dump again - I guess I'm a slow learner...)
D: 3 servings of TJ's white cheddar soy crisps (this was spread out over about an hour because I was out shopping and wouldn't be home in time to make dinner)
S: 2 NSA fudgesicles
Cals: 915 Fat: 28g Carbs: 99g Prot: 70g
Really low day for me, but that's okay - after the last 2 days I really felt like I needed to tighten things up a bit.
Water: a little low but I'm gonna try to squeeze one more bottle before bed
Vits: done
Exercise: none
I went to TJ Max tonight and found a couple of new DaVinci SF syrups - the big bottles for $5.99. Didn't have time to make jhudson's pizza so i guess that's tomorrow night...

Hmm...maybe boring but food has always been the enemy. (See a theme here? I got the bazooka WLS to kill the enemy with over powering force...Army doctrine through and through) The reason for steak both nights was that I made 2 and kept one as a leftover. DH can't eat red meat very often and I needed to get some in since I didn't have any last week. Anyway, I know you're right...I just have to figure out how to shake things up without losing my mind doing it! If I think of my weekly menu as a tactical plan, maybe it'll work! --G

OMG!!!!! Bekah had brought me some of the PowerPop Protein Popcorn...I had the Lemon Meringue and it was friggin' to die for!!!! I also got my Chike protein powders today in the mail!!! i lost 6 pounds yesterday and i jumoped on the scale this morning to make sure they were still lost and they were! thank goodness for that.
