Oh what a dilemma!
My mother-in-law (who is a widow) is getting re-married 3 weeks after my ps. I want to buy a dress but I don't know what size to buy! I found a whole bunch of really cute dresses on eBay. Right now I'm in a 00 and I'm thinking if I buy a 0 that my new boobs should fit...but what if they don't? Then I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and I'll have to go shopping again - which normally I wouldn't mind but I don't know if I'll feel up to it. Just thinking out loud here...anyone have any suggestions?

In looking at some size charts from random retailers, you may be a size 2 in the chest though smaller everywhere else. I have heard of ladies who've had auggies being mad that their clothing size went up LOL. I say fit your chest and if needed have a tailor take in the rest as needed. Unfortunately, with you being as small as you are, and then having an auggie, you should probably make friends with a good tailor in town. Since you're at goal, you won't be losing money because of losing more sizes. Luckily, it will only be tops and/or dresses that you'll need to have done. I'm pretty sure those are cheaper than having pants done.
EDIT: I meant to also say clothing is entirely dependant on the particular retailer so you may be a 2 in some, and a 0 in others. For example, for me I can wear a 14 in Old Navy but a 16 from Victoria's Secret. All depends on the store.

Yeah - if I get a size 2 it would be huge around the waist and hips and I'll have to have it taken in. But my tailor is my mother-in-law and I don't think it's very nice to ask her to sew my dress for her wedding so I was trying to avoid that!
Maybe I'll just hold off until the new girls are installed...then I'll know for sure and I won't waste any more money on clothes that won't fit... (sigh...) I was just hoping to be one step ahead and have it ready to go. Oh well, I'm sure by 3 wks post-op one little shopping trip won't kill me

OK, I have a stupid question, if you are a 00 now and you are also getting a tummy tuck or lower body lift, I am not sure which it was wont you be even smaller after the sweeling goes down? and if so what the hell is smaller then a 00? I was just curious not that I can ever be a 00 I don't think I am built that way lol
I don't think I'll be smaller than a 00 because I do have bones that aren't shrinking! LOL
Mostly I won't have the roll of skin that comes up over my waistband and my butt will be up where it's supposed to be so I don't really think my size will change.
The next size down is Juniors or Little Girls...
