I hit the wall of exhaustion

Thanks Roz...I wish I could nap but I physically can't fall asleep. Weird huh? I get to sleep in on Christmas...and to me sleeping in is til 8am . LOL.

I am to blame too though...not just work. Yesterday I got a movie from Netflix  and I HAD to watch it last night. So I was up until 10:15 then got on facebook, then read in bed for all of 5 minutes...so I went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 6:30 am.

It's tough because I am one of those people that wor****il 5 pm everyday and get dinner ready then the rest of the night is mine. lol. I guess I have to stop living by the quote "Sleep is but a rehearsel for death" lol

I don't sleep much either but I coun****ching a movie and reading in bed resting.  Anytime you get the chance to put your feet up is a plus. 

At the beginning, I slept pretty good, but now I have to take tylenol pm at least a couple nights a week so I get a little rest.  I really think it is the Protein drink that I have before bed that keeps me awake, but I'm not willing to give that up.  My lifestyle is going to bed at 2:00am and getting up at 7:00am. Working until 5pm, making supper, and then spending the evening on the computer while my DH watches hunting on TV.

Your life sounds very much like mine Roz...Those protein drinks do give you a kick but I am hooked on them too.

yep, I kick my feet up and veg on the couch every night. My DH and I are homebodies for the most part and just being at home and being together is relaxing. I spend 1/2 day sat and sun with the horses but still relax once I get home.
