trying to upload a photo....help!

when i try to upload a photo...it says the file is too big......what do i do?

i'm trying to give you guys a photo so you'll know who's typing to you! 

any advice??

You have to compress the image.  I use Microsoft photo manager. 

Open the image and click edit, then resize.

You can google photo resizing and the website can do it for you. Save to computer and upload then.

This website makes it super easy to create an avatar.
