Home from Sleeve surgery Feb 10....cried three times today

 I'm in Mexicali now and had surgery this moring.  I have had previous laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparsocpic cholecystectomy. Must say this one is harder. I hope you begin feeling better soon.  I think the mental part is just as hard as the physical part. However, the completely dry mouth doesn't make food seem at all appetizing. Sorry if this doesn't make sense . . Im a little drug-addled.

It gets better.  I promise!  I didn't put vitamins into my Sleevie until I was a couple of weeks out.  I figured I had enough vitamin stores for a few weeks.   You're doing great getting in that Isopure.  I took one sip and went back to popcicles.  I just couldn't manage the protein.  Your hunger will go away when you get to the full liquids stage and can have some greek yogurt or thicker soups.

Hang in there.  Cry all you want/need and know that it gets better!
