That's funny.  I'm always getting notices that someones sending me an ecard but I never open the email.

What is teras cocoa?  Is it just cocoa, how many proteins/carbs, and where do you get it?

Thanks. I only open ecards if I know the sender. Most reputable deals say you have received an ecar from bla bla if it doesn't say that I don't open it either.

Teras Whey WWW.teraswhey.com is regular protein powder. I make it into hot cocoa with almond milk.  Some Whole Foods carry it but not mine yet tho I have asked them to start. I order if from their web site. It is about $22.00 for 11 servings. Not a real bargain but it is made from cows milk that has not been treated with abx or growth hormones and not cows on factory farms. It is sweetened with stevia and uses natural flavors.

Happy Valentine's Day Roz!!

I went to WW tonight.  I am down 4.4 pounds for the 5 weeks of Atkins.  Today starts week 6.  I'm cool with that since it's more than I was losing before.

Something feels wonky in my body.  I get these unbelievable bouts of hunger.  It's like the bottom falls out from under me and I just need food.  I've never had blood sugar issues but this feels like it might be one.  I'm seeing my surgeon on Thursday so will talk to him about it.  Anyone else go through this?

Morning:
Protein Pudding & 1 hardboiled egg

Lunch:
1 trader joe's chicken thigh patty, a little light mayo
pork rinds


Dinner in two parts
2:1 Oatmeal high protein/high fiber bar at WW because I was too hungry to wait until 8pm
6 oz shrimp in butter & meyer lemon

Calories - 1002
Protein - 133
Total Carbs - 33

Do you take Prilosec or something similar.  I've noticed that if I miss mine a couple of days I feel like I'm starving and I get a lot of growling.

My DD joined WW again.  She really likes the new plan. I hope it works for her this time.

I was nibbling on turkey and it felt good yeterday..so I'm going to stick with the breast meat and do that again in hopes of keeping up the protein.
WOW..I didn't realize how much calories were in a slice of swiss cheese!!!! I won't be that interested in it any more!!
I had some MORE turkey for dinner..it is Valentine's Day so I made a little salad of turkey and a protein shake..that is if I can fit it in..

Glad to hear you got 100 grams in!!   I don't worry to much about the calories in cheese.  Cheese is a good source of protein and calcium.  The only calories I really watch are those that contain "bad" carbs and I don't see any of those in your menu.

Today I got some Macadamia nuts to have in the car for snacks when I don't have food/protein drinks and I dumped something horrible.

In the last three months I have dumped exactly 3 times.  1. on the liquid percocet  2. some heavy meat..I think it may have been a lamb chop 3. macadamia nuts.

YUCK..I hate this feeling
