Happy over the Hump Day!!!
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

got a stone chip in the car windshield that developed into an 18" crack. Just made the appt to have it fixed. Great... now I have claims on all 3 cars this year... my insurance is going to skyrocket... even thought NONE of them were my fault. Isn't that what insurance is for??????
Not much to report yet, but I'll update as things find their way into my mouth...

L - mexican - lots of tortilla chips - shame on me. a quesadilla made with a what tortilla, but then I was too full by the time that came..

also sampling my new iso-sensation 93 banana ice cream protein powder. full scoop is 30g protein and 1 carb. i just used a teaspoon and don't feel like adding that in. it's really tasty will be my shake for tomorrow morning's workout :)
