Happy over the Hump Day!!!   

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Hi Roz!  You looked lonely here so I thought I'd post and keep you company

got a stone chip in the car windshield that developed into an 18" crack.  Just made the appt to have it fixed.  Great... now I have claims on all 3 cars this year... my insurance is going to skyrocket... even thought NONE of them were my fault. Isn't that what insurance is for??????

Not much to report yet, but I'll update as things find their way into my mouth...

B - 2.5 protein coffees so far (I've been trying to increase my protein)
L - mexican - lots of tortilla chips - shame on me.  a quesadilla made with a what tortilla, but then I was too full by the time that came..
D - steak K bob - yum
S - 2 glasses of wine with dinner

Vits:  yes - yes and iron
Water:  low

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I did miss you Jody....I finally gave up and started to actually get some work done at work...can you believe it....LOL

I don't think window cracks count on our insurance towards increasing it.

Love steak kabobs and tortilla chips.....  I just can't behave myself when there is any kind of chips around.

The deer hitting me was also considered a comprehensive claim and they go by the dollar amount... we're a no fault state here and I think they make the rules up as they go....

 Sorry I'm late, hope you didn't miss me too much had a stupid company required policy reminder meeting.

Pre-Work out powder, 3g protein
Curve's
ProStar cookies n creme: 25g protein
flax muffin and random jello salad found in freezer last night: 17.9g protein
mockafoni and cheese with green beans: 15.6g protein
green peppers and cheese stick: 5.5
nectar grapefruit: 23g protein
turkey burger with cooked carrots: 21.6
jello yogurt pop: 3.1g protein

1075 calories, 47g fat, 55.3g carbs (40g net), 114g protein

also sampling my new iso-sensation 93 banana ice cream protein powder. full scoop is 30g protein and 1 carb. i just used a teaspoon and don't feel like adding that in. it's really tasty will be my shake for tomorrow morning's workout :)

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

hi everyone. i have been away for the last week or so eating horrible and drinking too much, so i'm getting back on track today! working on water and vits now, not sure what exercise will be.

Glad you are back!   It's hard to stay on track when you are away.  I'm glad you got  back on track as soon as you got home.  I think that's where most of us failed before WLS.
