Glad to see you got home safe and sound.  They ruined my DD's suitcase the last trip.  The handle was completely ripped off it.  The replaced it though so she was happy.

What kind of job did you DS get?   You can send my DSIL your resume if you want to. He says he works with more than just engineers and he recruits all over the US.

I hope you got a double dose of a Protein drink in.

He got a job as a flight instructor.  He has to recruit his own customers and has 4 after the first day.  He'll do fine, it will just take him time to get on his feet.

No, I didn't get the protein drink in.  I did ok the other days, getting more than 2 a day in. 

I've got a job possibility.  Still not a for sure thing, but if it doesn't come through I may take you up on the resume offer.

I had 2 protein coffees by noon 60 grams protein
Munched on parched pecans probably half a cup throughout day.
Ordered in from area steak and seafood
I had crawfish in parmesan Alfredo minus the fetacine
Was good but wi**** were a little spicier.

Hello LW Family,

Finding it hard to get all the way back to the basics, but I haven't had any "junk food" which is a real trigger for me.  Was a bit light-headed with a headache so I increased my calorie intake a bit.  Will try again tomorrow.  Back on track little, by little.

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt w/ 2 extra strawberries
L -     Roasted Chicken Thigh
D  -   Roasted Chicken Breast w/ Garlic Spinach & 1/2 red potato
S -    Caramel Rice Cake w/ tbsp Peanut Butter

Calories 1073  Carbs 67g  Fat 43g  Protein 102g
