He got a job as a flight instructor. He has to recruit his own customers and has 4 after the first day. He'll do fine, it will just take him time to get on his feet.

Finding it hard to get all the way back to the basics, but I haven't had any "junk food" which is a real trigger for me. Was a bit light-headed with a headache so I increased my calorie intake a bit. Will try again tomorrow. Back on track little, by little.

B - Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt w/ 2 extra strawberries
L - Roasted Chicken Thigh
D - Roasted Chicken Breast w/ Garlic Spinach & 1/2 red potato
S - Caramel Rice Cake w/ tbsp Peanut Butter
