Went back to the orthopedic...shoulder surgery July 1

Dr. feels I have torn my bicep tendon in my shoulder. Not the news I was hoping for. So tired of being probed on. Hopefully he can go in clean it all up and reattach. Surgery is no fun but living in pain is no fun either. Stress of it all has the carb monster peeking his weary head. Got to tame him before I lose it! Loves, hugs and prayers please.

Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

You need a break! Hmm...with your luck, maybe I should rephrase that. Love, hugs, prayers and swinging lizards headed your way. I hope this surgery does the trick.

Ouch! Hopefully you can get it done soon before any adhesions or shortening sets. Hang in there! Will say a prayer for speedy recovery!

Another surgery???? Holy crap girl - you've definitely had more than our share.  Swinging critters that its not as bad as they think.  That happened to me, thought it was a torn rotator cuff and found it wasn't once in there.

Sorry to hear you need shoulder surgery, I actually had my right shoulder fully worked on last August and although it took me a little while to recover and rehabilitate it was the best thing for me.  I had severe Bursitis so they removed the bursar, repaired torn cartilage, repaired and ground away bone spur on the Acromioclavicular Joint (AC Top of shoulder) Ligaments repaired both upper & lower.  So it was a fairly nasty surgery but I bounced back pretty quickly and I'm sure you will too.

All the best.

Cheers from Karin (in Oz)
