This week: 110.5 lbs
Up .4 lbs
All week I was about 110-110.2 lbs. I have started cutting some things out, since there has been a gradual increase over the past month of about 1.5-2.0 lbs. I am exercising 4-5 times/week and that isn't enough.
I had lunch with some gal pals yesterday, so I'm hoping the the .4 up tick is due to higher sodium.
Maintenance is indeed tricky and requires a vigilant eye.

Thank heavens that I track my food everyday and exercise. It would be so easy to get out of control. Amazing how those calories add up and I am only 4'11, so I have to be extra careful.

Your body is adding lots of lean muscle, that's how you lost inches.

This week 118.4
Total loss 2
Stressful week, eating a bit off schedule although I have kept up my protein and water. I have a feeling this will bounce back but I'm going to watch. With my last surgery I got down to 117, 118 and bounced right back to 120. I may add some more protein to the mix and see what happens.
