As predicted, I bounced back from the big loss last week from the stomach flu. Dinner out last night did not help either!

150.8 last week
152.0 this week
1.2 lb gain

Amy, I'm sorry your loss from the flu ended up regaining. The LEAST a bout of flu can do is let you keep what you lose.

I am getting ready for my self-designed boot camp the first week of July, which I hope will pump up the volume on my metabolism.  Swimming, the trainer and classes every day for a week.  I can hardly wait!

Last week:  110.1 lbs

This week: 110.5 lbs

Up .4 lbs

All week I was about 110-110.2 lbs. I have started cutting some things out, since there has been a gradual increase over the past month of about 1.5-2.0 lbs. I am exercising 4-5 times/week and that isn't enough.

I had lunch with some gal pals yesterday, so I'm hoping the the .4 up tick is due to higher sodium.

Maintenance is indeed tricky and requires a vigilant eye.

I'm also hoping that it is lean muscle mass, since I weight train for 2 hours/week, plus the other cardio that I do. My waist measurement hasn't changed and my clothes are still fitting the same.

Thank heavens that I track my food everyday and exercise. It would be so easy to get out of control. Amazing how those calories add up and I am only 4'11, so I have to be extra careful.

FANTASTIC on the inches and a lb is a lb...and it's gone too.

Your body is adding lots of lean muscle, that's how you lost inches.

 Last week 120.4
This week 118.4
Total loss 2
Stressful week, eating a bit off schedule although I have kept up my protein and water.  I have a feeling this will bounce back but I'm going to watch.  With my last surgery I got down to 117, 118 and bounced right back to 120.  I may add some more protein to the mix and see what happens.
