 I have actually maintained several times in my dieting life.  I think a year is my max.  I don't remember it being that hard.  I don't think I even weighed myself that often.  I just ate 3 meals a day, no snacks and avoided things with sugar and wheat.  I even remember eating bigger portions (pre surgery days).  
It's the psychological part that baffles me.  I don't even remember thinking too much about it before.  I just got to a certain weight and stopped losing and maintained without a lot of thought.  I don't know what the difference is now.  It really seems like a lot of work and a delicate balancing act to stay the same and not gain or lose.

 Wow, I just realized I have lost 100lbs since my surgery 10 1/2 months ago.  I never thought I would lose this much.

I am hanging out at 163....seems I am in a real stall this time. I start JM's 30 Day Shred tomorrow :)

So happy with my size though...if the weight loss stopped and I went ahead with my TT, I believe I would be totally happy with where I end up.

Lost: 2.8lbs

It's been a lousy week. I stalled out last Tuesday and haven't lost so much as an ounce since then.

Kelly, you are just about at the three week mark and RIPE for your first stall...Just keep at your plan and it will break loose again.

In the meantime, take your measurements on the 24th and I bet that will shock you too.

133 this week. Don't remember exactly what it was last week, but I seem to be losing again. I've lost about 3 to 5 pounds this month. Funny the way our bodies work.

A day late and a dollar short.  Well, something like that.  Got in too late last night to join in the fun so a Monday weight is better than none.
After 2 days of traveling, I was back up from the low of the week at 127 but that's ok.  Still a pound gone.

This week 129

I figure I'll keep inching down, slowly but surely until my body finds a resting place.

Price it will, your body will decide when you are done altho it would be nice if you got an apple out of it. :) You are SO close.
