I love my PCP

So I had the followup to my amnesia eposide visit.  She was on vacation when the whole thing went down and I had to see someone else in the office.  But she was back today and we did a lot of changing.

BP meds reduced again.  She will remove the end of it next time if I am still in the normal range
81mg asprine, gone
cholesterol meds, gone
She also resolved the diagnosis that went with all that, hurray.

She said the calcuim was not "corrected" and that could have made the difference.  But she was ok with me upping it also.

I'll see her again in Sept after my annual labs and surgery visit.  But I am super please with today's visit.

No, they have no clue what causes it.  At the same time, the DR I saw then put me back on asprin and cholesteral meds.  She thought that was uncalled for and DCed them.

She just thought that the calcuim level may not be low if it were "corrected".  I have no clue what that means but she did say when they did my annual labs, the calcuim would be "corrected" so we would have a clearer picture of what was happening.

That's just marvellous news to be able to be rid of some medications.  Just proves that it's all worthwhile for our health in the long term.  Just great news.

Cheers from Karin (in Oz)
