Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Although my surgery is not until August I want to start getting into the habit so here goes so far..

B: Medifast chocolate pancake with 1 packet of lite syrup....Protein 11gm

Excercise: 30 min walk with dog

Welcome!!  It is a good habit to get into! Does fitnesspal have a menu page?  If not find a Menu program that works good for you and it does a lot of the guessing and figuring for you.

Morning!!  Muscles are all sore today, but I LOVE feeling them again!  Tomorrow I am taking a Yogalates class... it's yoga & pilates (I have never done it, but looking forward to trying something new!).  Just got some great news from my BFF, her and her husband were cleared to adopt this beautiful little 4 yr old boy that they have been fostering.  I am so happy for all of them!

That is so exciting about your friend!!  I see foster kids every day and they are so adorable.  If my DH and I were younger I would definitely try to adopt a couple of them.

D- Making the hubby bison burgers but I'm sticking with chicken and veggies

Is bison meat low fat or high fat like beef?  I don't think I've ever seen it sold in our stores.

When you exercising that hard make sure you are getting enough Protein in.
