what a morning. over the last week, 3 seperate people have asked me how much weight I have gained...I actually have not gained any! thanks! I hate how now everyone is on watch of my body/weight now that I am almost in the spotlight since I have lost so much... I don't get it. Anyways...working on water and vits. Gym tonight.

buzy day so I'm posting late. I went to the church bible study and lunch and totally walked out without my lunch from home. They always have salad but the rest of the lunch is alway carbs. Today it was mac and cheese. I ate a tiny amount and mostly salad then had the 2nd half of a protein bar so I got some protein in. I'll have to remember next time.
I did have a great trip to the Thrift store. They had jeans on sale for $1 and any ladies tops 2 for $1. I ended up with one pair of jeans and 9 tops, all 3/4 or long sleeves for winter. Woo Hoo.
