I wish, Linda...yes it is a loss but when I weighed on Tuesday morning, I had gained 2 lbs while away from the scale...and then added 2 more because of surgery so I'll take the 142.8 in a heartbeat. Means all my surgery fluid weight is gone too.

Nibbling can be my downfall...one reason I like the DS, it allows for grazing. That is as long as I pick good choices. :)

You've done great to lose some.

Last Sunday = 208.4
Today = 205.6


total loss = 2.8 pounds
And I'll TAKE IT! 
I finally started my period (first time post-op a week and 4 days late) so I'm thankful for any loss.  
Slow and steady.  Can't WAIT to get under 200!!

This week 109.4
Total loss 2.8

I didn't lose this much when I was trying.  Under 110 for the first time I can practically remember.  I do remember when I was 13 my mother took me to Weigh****chers for the first time and I weiged 135 and I got to 117.
I have been eating a bit more and making sure I get in my protein shakes.  Maybe the little exercise I have been doing?  I went to 2 water aerobic classes and I have been riding my bicycle.  I am still about 5 lbs from underweight but it's getting closer.  I never thought I would be one of those people that worried about losing too much.  I have been trying to eat more but I can really feel my restriction when I do.  I went out to eat at a Thai restaurant last night and I ordered grilled chicken, which is a half chicken with sweet and sour sauce on the side, and mixed vegetables.  It was so good but all I could eat was one piece.  It was huge and they cut it into 6 pieces.  The way it is going I will be eating that for 5 more meals.  I know I should probably eat more often but I really am not hungry.  
I don't know if it is malabsorption or not eating enough or both.

I was there about a week ago for my one year check up and all they said was don't lose any more weight.

Not really.  I always just figured I would add more calories as I went along and it would just naturally stop but that doesn't seem to be working.  I'm not too worried about it.  I have a long history of gaining weight so it shouldn't be too hard.  I'm just trying to do this in a healthy way, with more protein and healthy fats.  I am sure the bounce back will catch up to me.
