Oh Price it is SOOOOO Yummy!  it's the first time I ever made it and won't be the last!  It's even better the second day.  I am having it a 3rd time for lunch today, and I am looking forward to it!  My husband loved it too and was so impressed!  here is a link to the recipe I used:  http://www.capecodtoday.com/news80.htm

Yes, they are preportioned (what I need), so they are perfect.  Plus my 4 yr old loves them, great find for her to have a healthy snack too... and one I can take a long in my bag as well for both of us!

I was home sick today.  Nauseated with diarrhea and headache.  Yuk....

Vitamins:  2 out of 3 batches done but don't know how much is absorbing today?
Water:  Not nearly enough but I'm so nauseated that I'm having trouble getting much in.
Exercise:  236 trips to the bathroom - some at a run but most just a quick walk
