D - rib eye steak and a fresh tomato w/mayo
S - maybe some CarbSmart ice cream

omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening: starting 
Proferrin: pending

MILES:
2 -15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

Home now.  I think I did pretty good today eating

B - a coffee
S - a SF hazelnut latte with 2 shots of protein from Starbucks (thanks Stacey!) but - they made it too hot and some of it curdled.  I even mentioned "warm"...
L - a BBQ pork sandwich minus bun.  I had a few of the onion strings but NONE of the french fries
S - on plane - a tomato juice.  I've always ordered them  No carbination
D - Shrimp skewer - yum.. on the grill

Vits:  yes
Water:  a little low today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Glad you are home! 

I haven't tried shrimp on the grill.  I bet that is good.  We buy steak/chicken kabobs at our local grocers and they are so good.

AWE....Vacation.  I've got to save a few vacation days for summer and fall next year.  Taking them all in the spring leaves a lot of the year with no days off.
