Menus and Miles Wed. Aug. 17th
I've been eating eggs since 1 week or less out. I really don't have any problems with any foods. The only time I get anything that resembles foamies now is when I'm having a Hypoglycemic Reaction and mix peanut butter and milk - go figure. I don't drink a lot of milk and didn't develop a sensitivity to it. I can eat yogurts, cottage cheese, cheese, etc without any problems. I rarely drink a glass of milk anymore though...

I love meat but my pouch doesn't like it. A couple of bites and I am done. I think I need to get my crock pot out and cook it all day so that it's so tender it melts in my mouth.
