Back home and back on schedule.  Got my labs done this morning for my 1 yr eval.  Can you believe it has been a year, wow.  Scale was 121, just like when I left so I guess the changes I made didn't hurt me.  I even had a tiny amount of wine, barely wet the bottom of the glass, and some cheese and crackers.  But mostly, I did fine.
got one pony driven, payroll done and need to head to the garden.  I'm sure it needs more work than I have energy for.

Before WLS, I would go away, blow it, and then come home and not be able to get back on track.  It's funny how different it is now!

Hi Roz!! OMG - who told me to buy those pistachios?  I looked them up today and a CUP has 720 calories - OMG!! and I know I've eaten at least that in the past few days.  I need to hide them.

B - 2 protein coffees
S - pistachios
 L - 2-3 oz of leftover ribeye yumm
S - more pistachios - only reason I like them is because they're salty
S - 2 cheese cubes - can you tell I was grazing?
D - 1 cheesy brat w/bbq sauce and 1 1/2 pieces of corn on the cob

Vits:  yes - even my iron!!
WAter:  did ok - ran out of ice tea (decaf)

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

LOL....I was going to buy some but now I'm second guessing myself.  That's a lot of calories!!!!

Grazing is what I've got to stop....even on Protein!   I don't really eat the wrong things, I just eat to often!
