So sorry to hear you are having problems....Happy Birthday too!!! Just happy that hospital found the problem and it will be fixed pronto!! Hang in there...Will be swinging critters for you on Monday...You can count on that!!! Rebook those Birthday celebrations...once you are feeling better....Best of Luck!!!!

Gypsy, thanks for your support. Every swing counts when you go for surgery! You are right - I am lucky the problem is being addressed so quickly. If I could, I would blink my eyes and it would be next Friday. Patience, patience, patience.

Thanks, Gina. I am doing better as long as I don't move around too much. I just worked it out so my neighbor will take over the heavy lifting for this weekend. I will just pretend that I am royalty!

My surgeon thinks that might be what I have. The pain is awful so I'm glad you are getting your's fixed!

Thanks, Roz - I can use the hugs! What is the surgeon doing about it? I understand waiting increases the risk for strangulation or incarceration - both not good.

They took out my gall bladder but that didn't help. Did a scope but there aren't any ulcers. The next time I get pain I am supposed to go to the emergency room and get bloodwork and a scan. They are hoping something shows up.

It was the cat scan that told the tale for me. I hope they figure the source of your pain sooner than later, Roz. It gets old quick!
