Total GAIN +.6 lbs.

I don't want to post either. I made chili Friday and it is way too salty. I think I'm retaining fluid. Will post next weekend after I have a few days to lose it.

Grrrrr!!!! It was not a good week in Tennessee.

Last Sunday: 167.2 lbs
This Sunday: 169.2 lbs

Net Gain: 2 lbs

Weight wise, no it wasn't...in other ways it was a GREAT week.

wasn't a great week for me either...I did see 129 for two days in a row, but ended up at 131.4 again this week thanks to my monthly friend..feel very bloated today!

OK...I'm going t brave this morning! Last week 116 and this week 118....

. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I need to figure it out fast!!!!
