I, too, am a fall lover! Love football, cool days, beautiful trees. That seems like the only time we can be outside as summers have been so hot and humid.
Also, Roz, I really appreciate your input. It is so valuable, especially for someone like me that is not very far along.
Here's my day - much better than yesterday:
B: Smoothie made with skim milk, 1.25 scoop protein powder (Jay Robb's pina colada) and 1/2 frozen banana = 40 gms protein
L: Atkins protein bar - 17 grams protein (I was in a class for work)
D: Taco bell fresco style grilled steak soft taco without the tortilla, and I added a piece of cheese and salsa! Yum! 11 gms of protein
S: Isopure protein drink - 40 gms of protein
S: almonds - 1 oz - 6 gms of protein
My totals are: Calories: 904; Carbs 55 (mainly milk, fruit/veggies) and Protein 114
I feel so much better today than yesterday when I was behind on everything.
