Hi Guys!

I have to apologize, I am looking forward to fall (at though I dispise winter too).  I love apple picking, crisp days, warm cozy nights with sweaters, the smells of crock pots in the kitchen....  And this year, using my hot tub watching the wind blow the beautiful fall colored leaves around my own yard... :)

I love the fall.  i like fall clothes and cooler weather plus I have a ton of fun stuff to do with the ponies.  Not looking forward to winter, especially since I get cold so much easier but at least I don't have the months and months of it that some of you do.

I think that's the problem...fall lasts several months and winter seems to last so loooooong.

I haven't tried nuked pepperoni but I love nuked cheese...yum

Hi Roz & everyone!

I, too, am a fall lover! Love football, cool days, beautiful trees. That seems like the only time we can be outside as summers have been so hot and humid.

Also, Roz, I really appreciate your input. It is so valuable, especially for someone like me that is not very far along.

Here's my day - much better than yesterday:

B: Smoothie made with skim milk, 1.25 scoop protein powder (Jay Robb's pina colada) and 1/2 frozen banana = 40 gms protein
L: Atkins protein bar - 17 grams protein (I was in a class for work)
D: Taco bell fresco style grilled steak soft taco without the tortilla, and I added a piece of cheese and salsa! Yum! 11 gms of protein
S: Isopure protein drink - 40 gms of protein
S: almonds - 1 oz - 6 gms of protein

My totals are: Calories: 904; Carbs 55 (mainly milk, fruit/veggies) and Protein 114

I feel so much better today than yesterday when I was behind on everything.

We live just north enough that we do have beautiful trees and I do enjoy them.  Maybe it's just the thoughts of summer being over that depresses me.  It just goes so fast.

I'm going to try something different.  I'm not going to track my food on myfitnesspal for a bit.  I was getting to wound up about the numbers.  I will still track here and I know I am getting at least 100 grams of protein but I don't want to worry about getting enough calories or too many carbs.  Maybe I will relax a bit if I don't deal with the numbers.

I only trac****assionally to see where I'm at.  The main reason I started drinking my Protein was because I felt like I was on WW keeping track of points again. You will be able to tell by the scales and your clothes how you are doing.
