After all the talk about meatloaf yesterday, I must say...It was better than I had ever anticipated!!!! LOL  I was surprised at how delicious it was!!! My recipe. I put it together and I put it in the oven, but OMG it was the best meatloaf ever!!!!  OK enough about the meatloaf!!!! LMBO     I couldn't eat more than a few bites(small ones from a fork), but a few hours later I went back for more. I still don't seem to be able to eat much at a time, but it's getting better. It sure feels good to feel a little more like my normal self again!            -Julie

Meatloaf and little meatballs are great post-op.  I remember thinking how wonderful they were.  I'm glad they're working for you!

Yeah!!!!!!

Like Lee said, meatloaf and meatballs (I just buy the frozen appetizer ones and make them in my mini crockpot) have always gone done welll as long as I chew and eat slow! I make the meatloafs in my mini crockpot too!

Congrats!

I am telling you that once you can eat again, you will be soooo happy!  Glad things are better!!!!
