Sunday Weigh In
I usually eat some of those things every day. For breakfast I am planning on having oatmeal with protein powder and some banana and my lunch usually includes Nut Thins with cashew butter. I love avocados and eat them often. Just not able to eat a whole lot still.

Sounds like a good menu, Tazz. Go in there with a detailed food log and maybe even a diagram of a DS or medial RNY in case the NUT isn't familiar. I have Dr Elariny's sketches if you want copies. You did say they've stopped doing them, right?

They stopped them but I am sure even when they did do them they didn't give the right information. Just like the NP saying I should take Flintstones. That is why I hesitated to contact them. I don't know if they will have any useful help. I'm afraid if I do what they suggest it will do more harm then good. I am already following pretty much the suggested eating plan they gave me.

Not such a good week in TN. Oh,I can't really say that. It WAS a good WEEK,just a bad one day!. Saturday,Tn State Fair...need I say more.
But,yes,there were good choices there. Did I make a good choice? No,I did not and I completely own that. I could have had a pork chop on a stick or chicken on a stick,but I chose a chili dog and ate the whole thing,including the white bread. I also had some of DGSs FF.
I also had lightly breaded catfish on cheddar cheese grits for dinner. also could have avoided the grits but I chose to eat them.
Then,had popcorn at bedtime.
So,earlier in the week I was at 149 down from 153 last Sunday. This morning back to 153. I know it is water but I am really,really trying to stop any kind of yo-yo-dieting in my life,even with water weight.
So,I am over it now. Had thhree protein shakes today and a low carb meal for dinner,so back on the horse and riding.

seems my body likes this number alot since I have been right around here for 3 months or so. My dr said I am fine where I am but I really just wanted to see 125, just once! lol... I would need to add more cardio to do that, and I hate to sweat so....
Since my original goal was 160 and then140, I will take 128.5 ALL DAY LONG!! but I just wanted to see the magical 125 once....just once... oh well, maybe cardio for one week will do it!!
