OMG Gruyere is an awesome cheese!!! I want to try this. If you are ever in Columbus get to the North Star and get the egg bake with roasted mushrooms, onions and Gruyere -- you will only eat 4 bites but it is heaven. Good luck finding the Gruyere!!!!!
