Okee dokee! My pre-op diet consists of two light TV dinners such as Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine(limit of 250 to 350 calories). I also get 2 cups of low calorie veggies and 3 Sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfasts a day. I planned everything knowing how I like my veggies and when I knew was a high grazing time for me.
Breakfast- fried green beans with garlic
snack- Carnation Instant Breakfast
lunch- Lean Cuisine Beef and Broccoli
Snack- Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
Dinner- Healthy Choice Portabella Marsala Pasta (So freakin' good!) and Broccoli
Snack- Choclate Carnation Instant Breakfast.

Awesome!
Now get on some real protein shakes next week. You need extra protein to heal. If you like the chocolate, try Syntrax Nectar chocolate truffle.
