35 BMI, love sugary sweets - is DS good choice for me??
BTW, I still love sweets, they are just sugar free now. I have protein pudding every night as well as my protein shakes that I made with sugar free syrups. I love fruit, too. I have protein oatmeal with sugar free syrup in it, too. It's just that since they don't have refined sugar in them I don't crave them. I have to watch the sugar in fruits and also sugar alcohols because I have dumped on them but otherwise I don't feel deprived at all when it comes to sweets.
