It was in the 30s here this morning. I have been running all day but have gotten a lot done. Fish chowder made, pony clipped, carriage and harness clean and loaded in the trailer. I have to pack the rest of the food, clothes and ???? tonight and do payroll before i can leave in the morning.

protein 133
carbs 39 net but I think that is high because I of how I tried to figure the fish chowder. I know I don't have sugar in mine but it listed sugars as 11g.
