A different day at work - not bad, but different routine. Didn't really eat like I should & forgot my vitamins today. I have a timer set to clock back in and take vitamins, but totally spaced my vitamins! Ugh.
Anyway - here's my day:
B: milk & 1/2 yogurt with fiber one ceral
L: 1/2 Denver omelet
D: 2 oz rib eye steak, tossed salad, potato
S: Isopure tea (40 gm)
Totals for today: Calories: 835; carbs: 60; protein: 75
I needed to get more protein in. Roz, I will try & get two drinks in per day as you suggested yesterday.

The main reason I'd like you to get the 2 protein drinks in is because of the carbs. Your protein should be at least 50% of your calories and your carbs around 20% and fats at 30%.
