Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

22 Days Post Op RNY

I did increase my protein to 104 grams yesterday hoping to make the scale move - no change in 10 days UGH!  So today I increased my power walk to 50 minutes and hope to see that $^$% scale move in the morning.

Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Breakfast:  1/4 C oatmeal
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Lunch:    1 egg - deviled egg salad w/fat free mayo
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams
Dinner:   1/4 stew
Snack:    1/4 Cup cottage cheese (non fat) w/peaches (100% natural juices)
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 grams

Today's "HUMP" day I sure do hope I make it over this darn HUMP!

Gina,
Why not the oatmeal?  Too many carbs?  I not crazy about it I'd really rather have cottage cheese.  What's your reasoning behind the "not oatmeal"? Thanks for the help.

CARBS!!!   If you would rather have cottage cheese then I'd switch as fast as you can!   If there are potatoes in the stew they would go next.

When I was in a stall, I would increase my Protein 3 days and then drop back down to my normal and that always worked for me.
