Whenever I slowed down, I was slacking off on something. I'd look at my logs and it would be obvious what it was. Either I was eating more or exercising less.

Periodically, the body has to have time to adjust and redistribute "stuff"...  I would bet that you are not experiencing a real stall... it's just your bod taking a breather.  Not to worry.
