NSV..... Ran my first 5K in the gym!!

Thanks you all.  It is wonderful to do new things and no longer worry if I can complete these physical activties.....I could care less how long it takes me to do something but I am not worrying anymore if I can get back up a hill, etc. 

I read the posts daily on here and I learn so much from all of you!

I will let you know how the race goes in December.....if I can figure out how to post a picture in a message I will post a pic as well.
