I think I'm going to do my Thanksgiving grocery shopping tomorrow.  I'd like to go early so I can take my time.  We are supposed to get snow tonight so I'll see what it's like in the morning.  What a way to use a vacation day....I thought DH and I were going to take ride up north but apparantly he forgot about us discussing it because he hasn't even mentioned it.  I think he is still tired from his hunting trip last week.

I love Cracher Barrell but I know I couldn't go there and just get a salad so it's on my  "don't go there" list.

I'm not even going to comment on your menu...you probably feel bad enough....

I woke up at 4 am and couldn't get back to sleep so at about 6 am I took some Benedryl and over slept so I missed my oatmeal and banana so I am behind on my food today.
B protein decaf coffee
L went to Claim Jumper, had chicken and roasted vegetables
S Atkins Smore's protein bar
D I have leftover chicken but I think I want some of my leftover butter chicken and cauliflower rice, avacado
S protein decaf herbal tea
S Live Active sugar free pudding
S sugar free fudgecicle
S almond butter
I may also have a shake cake or another protein drink to try and catch up.

I take a tylenol PM every night because I have a terrible time sleeping.  I'm wondering if it could be the Protein Drink that I have every night before bed.

Glad to see you are still getting your Protein in and not just empty calories.

Hi Roz... let's see if I can remember..

Today was my folks' 60th anniversary and I took them and the entire family (sister, nephews, son-in-law, etc) out for dinner....

B - 2 protein coffee
L - 1/2 piece of breakfast bake (eggs/sausage/cheese)
S - some cashews and pistachios
D - a few bites of my steak and veggies. oh and 2 friend mushrooms and a onion ring.  I KNEW I wasn't going to eat my dinner... I ended up playing with the grandbaby most of the time!

Vits:  yes
water;  did good
 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

60 years....that's Awesome!   My Dad died when he was 46 so my Parents never even made it to 25.

I seem to have a lot more time to enjoy the grandkids when we are out eating than before surgery.
