Hi Roz!!!  I'm going to be traveling again next week... vitamins are all packed up.  After my trip next week I'm meeting Tom in Florida for a long weekend - will be great!!

Anyone have any good ideas how to cook up some chicken breasts? I have a large package of skinless/boneless ones in the fridge and want to cook them all at once... just not sure what to do with them. I typically would make chicken ala king or something like that, but don't need the sauce...

B - 2 protein coffees (I just poured the rest of my chocolate from the jug into my canister... road trip - more chocolate needed!)
S/L - 1/2 piece of egg/sausage/cheese/mushroom bake
S - GNC chocolate protein pudding
D - white chicken chili

vits:  yes - including iron!
water:  not too bad...

I'd probably cook them in a little water then make chicken salad.  You can use greek yogurt in place of some of the mayo.

Or I had a really good soup the other day that was chicken, onion, peppers, celery and you added exrta fine cole slaw (could just use cabbage) at the end.  No fat and healthy.  I think I put some mushrooms that needed to be used in too.

We soak ours in Italian Dressing and then put them on the grill.

Where are you going in FL?   It's a great time of the year for sunny weather.

Have a safe trip!

Good Menu!
