Goal Met!!
Thanks Gail, I have a home gym and can't do leg presses and things like that but I will include as much as I can. I have plenty of hills outside that I can walk and I used to do the stairs during breaks at lunch. I will start that again. It's time to get busy! I will probably still have droopiness as well but I would like a little more definition back there if I can get back there.
Congratulations, babeeee! You'll start seeing some redistribution in a few more months and those butt flaps might go away a little bit. Lunges and leg lifts are a great idea though. Doing a lot of stairs work too.
