Thanks Gail, I have a home gym and can't do leg presses and things like that but I will include as much as I can. I have plenty of hills outside that I can walk and I used to do the stairs during breaks at lunch. I will start that again. It's time to get busy! I will probably still have droopiness as well but I would like a little more definition back there if I can get back there.

You can do squats, lunges, walk steep hills, without heavy duty gym equipment. It all helps, no matter what you do, as long as you do somethings. Yoga and Tai Chi can also help. gail

Congratulations, babeeee! You'll start seeing some redistribution in a few more months and those butt flaps might go away a little bit. Lunges and leg lifts are a great idea though. Doing a lot of stairs work too.

Thank you Major Mom. You are such an inspiration. I am getting busy with the lunges and leg lifts cause these flaps are major! Adding stairs to my break routine at work. I'm also going to invest in some Target brand Spanks that I read someone discussing in another post.

Koko. Go on YouTube and look up body building for the glutes.
Bodybuilders know how to build up a nice round bum. I'll be doing the same thing.
