I feel good about the day and more encouraged than I have in a long time. Think I lost about 3# today already,lol,I know it is fluid but one the fluid is off,it will be fat burning.
WE NEED POSTERS ON M&M THAT ARE AT GOAL OR CLOSE TO IT POSTING THEIR MENUS. IT HELPS US ALL TO KNOW WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL PICK UP SOMETHING NEW FROM ONE OF US.
