I CAN'T COPY AND PASTE ON MY NETBOOK SO IT'S GOING TO BE A SHORTY TODAY.

I HAD TO BRING DD TO HOSPITAL.  SHE IS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT AND GOT A BAD CASE OF THE FLU.  THEY ARE FILLING HER UP WITH FLUIDS AND MONITORING THE BABY. 

BREAKFAST:  HIGH FIBER OATMEAL
PROTEIN:  SYNTRAX LEMON TEA
LUNCH:

Hi Roz!  Hope DD is feeling better and soon.  5DPT today - first day.  All protein drinks.  May need to get out the recipes and mix things up a bit.

B - 2 protein coffees
L - double pink grapefruit protein drink
D - Mocha protein smoothie - added a spoon of peanut butter too - yum
S - hot chocolate protein drink

vits: yes
Water:  working on it!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

Roz - glad to hear she's feeling better - I know dehydration feels awful!

Day 1 and 2 of the 5DPT is liquids, but they let you have creamed soups, broth, pudding, etc.  I decided that I would do JUST protein drinks so I'm not tempted to eat other stuff.  I got into my big list of protein drinks and there's LOTS of options there. I really can't see how someone can't find a protein drink they would like with all of the variations.  Perhaps I'll post them again in a thread for the newbies.
