Well the weekend is almost here...short weeks always seem so long.  Went for a walk since the weather was so nice 45 here...that is a heatwave!  I will get my walks in while I can, cause I know the snow will be here before I know it!

Roz- Hope your DD & DH gets better soon.

After weeks and weeks of liquids for dinner I had CHEESE !!  I'll be on a mechanical soft diet starting tomorrow :)  Any suggestions?

I ate a lot of soups like bean and bacon.  Be careful with scrambled eggs...chew them really well and take small bites.  I still can't eat them!

 So, I am on day three of the 5DPT but, I am modifying slightly. I have been having a funky gut for a few weeks now. (I am convinced it is the bad sugar/carb combo) I have "bad breath" kinda coming from deep within and I am broken out like a teenager. So I am using this as a detox so to speak.

Went to the wellness spa and did a oxygen sauna and detox wrap.

B: Raw Protein shake w almond milk
S: berry blend shake
L: Raw Protein and GNC chocolate shake w almond milk
S: jello
D: Raw Protein and GNC chocolate shake w almond milk
S: 
kale spinach blender juice and Smooth move tea

VIts: yes and a pro-biotic
water: yes, floating away

Tomorrow - I am going to move to soft protein and leafty green veg. I can't think of what else to do to clear the junk out.
