thanks for another success story. You need to drop by more often. I don't remember you and I have been around for long enough to lose 110lbs and be learning maintaince.LOL Hope you will come by more often. Love having vets around.

I don't or at least haven't in a year. I don't like to travel in the dark if I don't have to and never thought about it this past summer when it was still light late. Too busy having fun. But I have been to some of the groups in Asheville. They are mixed and spend mostly time on the newbees or the pre-ops which is fine, they need the help. Mostly my support comes from here. Wonderful folks on the LW forum.
