Working on my knee at home today.  DH went to the gym early and I had work stuff so I figured working it here would have to do.  I can take my pain meds if I don't drive then I can pu**** a little harder.

S - handful of Wheat Thins (see a pattern here?)
L - piece of pizza (can you say "carby day?")
S - double vanilla protein drink with blueberres
D - wings with asian zing sauce
Vits:  some... not all
water:  doing ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I am keeping that extra protein shake in....I have been doing awesome with my weight since starting over 100 grams of protein.  So there.  Thank you all for your help and opinions.
