Yes my DH is in Afghanistan.   So when he gets off work we talk on the computer, thankfully he works graveyard so we are on about the same schedule.  My Daughter is 3, and ever since her having to be away when I was in the hospital, then my husband leaving she doesn't sleep very well.   Im going to try the tylenol PM, because I need something to help me sleep, Im an 8 hour a night type of girl and need my sleep.

I think it's something about 3 year olds.  Neither one of our DGC slept all night when they were 3.  The oldest one is 4 now  and she has been sleeping.

I can handle little sleep...I'm a nite owl but eventually it does catch up on me.

thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes.  It has been a good day.  Chrio this morning, pool, home to finish the billing *yuck'.  DH and DS are taking me out to dinner, just have to decide where.  Maybe mexican, everyone seems to like that.

I also find it hard to be on a schedule @ work.  I work in the OR in L/D and it has been a very busy day !!!  I've been a little low on my water :(

Roz,
I think it has been over a year the last time I was on here. I am down to 109 to 115 just depends on the day. I had the stomach flu  over the weekend and had my band slip the er said a 180 not sure what that means. They unfilled and I am good but on liquids. I am waiting for next week to have the gi done to see what is really going on. I go in for whatever they want to do in two weeks and I am praying that tri care will replace it if that is what needs to be done. They are iffy because I am at the low end of my body weight but I need my band so I dont over eat to be this weight. They dont get it well most dont.   Right now I have nothing in my band and want to eat all day long. So I came here to keep on track of seeing what I really need to be having even though my brain tells me other wise.
If there is anyone that has tri care and a slip advice please?
