Last week 130

Had my one year check this week. They want me to stop losing. I don't., ...I want another 10 lbs down at least.

 Last week 204
Today  201

As I said yesterday, in the pretend Sunday weigh in, I have slowed down a little.  I think lots of folks do at the 3-4 week mark.  Im not too worried.  I'll just keep at the water, protein, and exercise.

Tonya, yeah, slowing down at the 3/4 week mark is normal...and actually, you will go slower from here on out. I'm down to maybe one lb a month but it's still SLOWLY getting where I want  it.

I hope not too slow.  I have 75 lbs left to lose and I would like to do it in 11 months.  That's less than 2 lbs per week.  Hopefully I can do that.

Not to make you nervous but you are near the famous 3 week stall.  Just to be prepared.  I was lucky.  I only stalled for 2 weeks but it was enough to make me crazy.  Nothing worse then not seeing the scale go down day after day when you were losing so much at first.  Knowing about it made it easier...for the first day or two.
Maybe put the scale away until next Sunday?

Probably a good idea.  I'm ready for it.  I think. Stalls are bound to happen because our bodies adapt to change very quickly.

I really don't understand why they all get so nervous about our weight when we are still within normal ranges...anyway, I am down to 119 this week..did see 118 briefly..this is lower than I want but know its because I am taking a medicine right now that is making me sick..I go this week to get switched off..so im sure once that is better I will bounce back up..im sure my doctor will freak over my weight, she didn't want me below 130 either..

I don't understand either, aspan...you are doing fine.

I figure as long as my pcp isn't freaking out, I am not gonna worry over what my nut wants.

Maybe too much sodium in something?

You'll get back down.
