Menus and Miles Tuesday July 31st
Hmm... I dunno.. I'll keep that in mind (especially now I like to weigh my food again) and look it up. If its just plain meat - easier than if its mixed into something... but I'll try. I still concentrate on protein first, veggies, then starch, and no simple carbs if possible.
I'll be traveling for the next 10 days... so I won't be on much. My work computer is a pain to log into, but I'll try and keep up with everyone and everything!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Last day of January and it's going to be 59 here today. I hope this doesn't mean we will still be getting snow in April.
Tomorrow is a new month and we are a month closer to summer! New Years resolutions have probably been successful or have failed. I never walked a single day as planned so I guess I'm in the failure category. How about you???

Lunch: Campbell's Split Pea Soup

Snack: 100 calorie bag of Mini Pretzels

Dinner: Roast and 1 cup of noodles (it's been months..I'm going to totally enjoy these)
