Good Morning. Time Machines-- another poll
I think the first are a series of little decisions and events that led to my hubby and I having problems a long time ago, but then, if we hadn't overcome those problems maybe we wouldn't be as strong as we are today.
There are several "open mouth, insert foot" incidents that I would love to undo, but I doubt anybody remembers them but me.
Ah! There are a couple I would totally undo but I'm not putting them up here on a public web site. lol

There are a couple more that I chose not to put on display, but as Gina mentioned, I wondered if things would have been different or I would have been different with the change in events.
I try hard everyday to let go of the past and be in the present. And to stay out of the future which causes me to worry.

I've had her since she was 6 months old...almost 13 years. But as parents of furbabies, it's a decision we have to make because our lifespan is so much longer than their's.
So keep me in your thoughts and prayers this afternoon, please.

Regrets, I have a few..... They are mostly little incidences rather than life changing so, I guess I'm lucky - oh - except for ever starting to smoke, but I stopped that 4.5 years ago.
Last time was April 11th 2003...and this is what I wrote on her page:
Snowy had reached the point where severe arthritis, a thyroid condition causing massive weight loss and then not being able to keep herself clean made it inevitable. Cats are fastidious creatures and the last was the final straw. Snowy trusted me to do what was best for her all her life and I had to fulfill that trust. And in return, she gave me unconditional love and companionship even if she didn't always show it.
Now, it's time for Miss Izzy...and while I hope the vet has a solution other than putting her to sleep, I suspect she is more than ready.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers today. I know I keep asking for one more day. I will never be ready.
You are right, as the parents of these babies it is our responsibility that their life be good and pain free. No matter how selfishly we want to be with them.
