When I reached my personal goal of 125 I thought I was done and I really didn't understand the losing/maintaining phase. I increased my protein drinks thinking that would help me maintain and limit my bounce back but what it did was started me losing again. I actually dropped to 106 but that scared the crap out of me and I didn't want to lose anymore so I increased my calories (biggest mistake I could have made!!!). I've been "really" maintaining now for over a year at about 116.
At 11 months out I would not start thinking of Maintence and adding in calories. See if you can stay where you are without changing anything. If you want to see if it's a stall try adding in a protein drink or two for about 3 days and then drop back down again. It might start you losing again.
