I had PT this morning and measured 100degrees which is my best so far. All this work is paying off and although I am certainly not pain free, I feel like I'm making progress and that is worth it. CPM and bookkeeping this afternoon.

I've had an average day but better than it has been over the last few months. I'm hoping by posting here it will try and keep me honest.
B: 1 scrambled egg ( no toast, no oil nothing else with it) & 1 protein shake
L: lettuce, tomatoe, beef kebab meat ( had day out with friend so ordered a baby kebab/wrap and opened it up and only ate the inner bits) no sauces. 1 small bottle of diet coke
S: cup of tea
D: 6 x home made ravioli parcels (ricotta,mozzarella, Parmesan with leek) and Neapolitana sauce. Yes I know this is not a good choice as bad carbs.
S: cup of tea. 4 crackers with cheese. Protein shake.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for choices. Have dreadful headache most of today and feeling very nauseas. Not sure if it's coming down from the sugars or not.
